Let's say a k800i w/o patch only modified camera driver versus k800i patched which last longer?

Rest assured it is not likely to affect battery. Somehow it could a little if the hardware timings, frequency or video size/bitrate are modified.

Im using remove java permission. An OSD for camera UI, quickaccess,full access to file sysem via java. Thats all. Cause im using weak batteries. Is it beneficial to remove those patch. Since it doesnt do much for me at this time anymore.

With patch i got longer battery life. With using some patch like advance brightness (we can get 10% brightness), and patch to turn off display when you lock your phone.
Also with modified light effect.
