Check this out! I was messing with my P800 and set it to airplane mode. After a while I tried to send through the infrared some files to my laptop. Everything worked okey until the transfer was completed! What was reall weird was the fact that my TV turned on!! While I was moving my phone the sdisplay of the TV started to blink. By pressing some of the virtual buttons on the phone the channells on the TV started to change in a random order.
I have no idea how did this happened!! Is it maybe an easter egg or I dont know what!!?? I tried to repeat this and happened only twice!!
Do u think that there is a possibility of having something more than a mobile phone and a PDA??
Anyone had this experience and if not try to?? |

What was the distance between the phone and the tv, and was it pointed directly at the infra port of the tv when this happened? Also what is the exact brand and model of the tv?

i think all we need is an app for our P800 to be a remote control for tv/vhs... it's a Sony after all.  |

Its a sony. It happened today again but I cannot choose the channels. They keep changing randomly |
