I downloaded and installed handy shell but dont like it so deleted it
BUT its still running somewhere, anyone know how to get rid of it please |

Did you uninstall/delete via Settings -> Program manager -> Installed programs? There you should just highlight what you want to uninstall. And click Options to unistall.

AFAIK, SE propriety HomeScreen and MediaHome based on OpenGL can't capture yet.
