i read at howard forum about audio patch for p800 but no further info. anyone knows anything about this? i hope it the one to address the microphone problem that sometimes the other end cannot hear our voice(not because it was covered by hand as claimed by some people: it is really a bug just like nokia 7110 in its early released). i also hope that the patch could address the weak sound of p800. the multimedia spaeker and the speakerphone could be louder (it is ok in a very quiet room but not good at all at normal noise environment). |

Just out of curiousity... why would you use the speakerphone in a noisy environment? That's so rude to the other party. There will be so much background noise that the mic will transmit.
The speakerphone works just fine for me in the car. Wish I had the Bluetooth car kit & cradle though.  |

I have used it in NORMAL NOISE ENVIRONMENT not noisy environment. Such environment means any place which is not a quiet room such as my office, my living room in my house. Quiet rooms include my study or bed room or guest-waiting room. I understand that noisy environment means those market places, busy streets, and so on. Thanks for your words of caution which in some cases is correct as sometimes i used spaekerphone in a very short call in the mall (in bangkok it sometimes called department store ). |
