Hi,
I Bought a CBC-100 battery charger.

I'm trying to charge my BST-33 with it but it seems that it never finish to charge.
When I connect BST33 to CBC100 I can see the led blink three times fast, after some hours the led blink in the same way.

What does this means? How can I know when the battery is fully charged?

Thanks.
No one has a CBC100 and can explain me this behaviour please?

I do not have one, but here is the user manual... it only has two pages, but it has a graphic about the charging procedure and the LED meaning:

When you download it, check page two...

really thanks for your reply...
when I insert a fully charged battery in the CBC-100 I can see the GREEN led blink three times as described
in the manual. Than when I connect the CBC-100 to the charger the RED led starts blinking and it never bacame green.

What does it means? What do you think?

Well, according to the color scheme displayed in page two, i think when the led blinks red three times, the battery is fully discharged...

When it blinks two times red and one time green, the battery has some charge and,

When it blinks one time red and two times green, the battery is about 50% charged, and finally...

When it blinks three times green, the battery is fully charged.

How many minutes/hours have you left the battery in the charger when connected?

Wow... that should be enough to fully charge a battery... can you test the charger with another battery and see the blink pattern?....

Try it preferably with a battery thats almost completely charged....

Question: when the battery has 2 or more hours charging, do the leds only blink in red?

Does your wall charger works when connected directly to a phone?

yes it works, I reconnected the battery for half an hour and now I can see green led blinking...

I don't know exactly how long it takes to get the battery fully charged as I usually leave it charging overnight. What I have observed, however, is that the LED only either flashes red to indicate that the battery is charging, or green to indicate the battery is full. The only time you will see a mixture or red and green lights is when you put the battery inside the charger without turning the charger on. In which case the lights serve as an approximation as to how much charge the battery has inside. This is purely from my own observation and if anyone thinks they have a different explanation, do correct me.

Wow, thanks for the clarification, the "user guide" does not mention that change in behavior....

So, the charger is slow.... well, at least its not faulty...

You're welcome. I only found out myself through observation, the user guide can be a little confusing I guess.
