So far i think Samsung has made the thinnest phone but not sure. I forget the model number but i think it was about 6mm thick. Ok update its the Samsung X820 which was 6.9mm thick. Though i still aint sure if its been beaten

There was a mobile from panasonic. Which was very small (not thin) with blue color monochrome display with antenna on the head. I don't know t model. And not sure thats t small one.

There were many phones which were slim but the two phones that hold the record are from Samsung.
First one is the X820 which measures at 6.9mm thickness.
Samsung released the U100 a year later as the successor to the X820 and it measures at 5.9mm thickness.

According to SE W880 is 9.0mm. W890 and T700 are 10mm.

Samsung @ 5.9mm is the thinnest I could find. Not amazing spec though as you would expect from something so thin.
