As the title suggests, my 3G connection doesn't stream data, it HAS to switch to HSDPA for it to be a working connection for web browsing, streaming etc. My W995 will automatically connect to HSDPA everytime I activate any data streaming application (google maps, opera mini, netfront, youtube etc) but sometimes in the middle of, say, browsing the web on opera mini, the signal switches to 3G (which doesn't happen when it's connected as a modem though where it manages to maintain the HSDPA signal) and I'm left with a greyed out 'earth' icon and no working connection. Therefore I will have a frustrating time waiting for the network to switch back to HSDPA to resume my browsing. But for calling it works fine on both networks. Why have SE 'forced' data streaming to only be available on HSDPA but not provide the necessary infrastructure of maintaining that signal connection causing frustration among users? Or is this a network provider issue? Has anyone else experienced this? Any light shed on this matter is very much appreciated.
