I cant access my o2 bill online HAVNT BEEN ABLE TO FOR A YEAR.
I Emailed them loads. No reply just a automated email talking about something COMPLETELY different.
WHEN WILL THEY FIX THIS?
DO THEY NOT KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I AGREE O2 ARE CRAP....

um have you ever spoke to them on the phone? maybe if you try that then you will get your problem sorted, if you are not getting anywhere with the email responses.

A year? Surely if you had rang them by now you would have sorted it out. Many years ago when i last had a contract with them they send you a password via text to log online. Then you log on and you can change it to something of your choice. Or i think you can ring customer services and change it.

Customers like this make me lol so hard, in and out of work.
Pick up the phone, SPEAK TO A PERSON. If after a year, and it's not working, and the emails aren't being responsed to correctly, clearly something is wrong, correct? So PHONE THEM.

Lol James you make me laugh when i read your posts. I can just picture you with a frustrated face screaming I know i got a little stressed with O2 a year ago but thats over and forgotten now
