It will b e most smartest and most beautifull designed and very powerfula and strong mobile

It will not be the King but The Emperor anr Ruler of all other Mobile Phones..

2x 4GHz processors and 8GB of DDR3 RAM would be impressive in a Desktop Computer and highly unlikely in a mobile in the next 10yrs at least. With those specs the OS wouldn't be Android or Symbian, it'd be Windows 7, Linux or Snow Leopard which is just ridiculous in a mobile.
I like your idea but you're starting at the wrong end. You have to decide who your target audience is first. Are they:
1) Teens who want to use social media email and txt but don't have a very large budget? (large market)
2) IT guru's who want to run apps and need a fast processor but don't want to spend more than US$500-700. (small market)
3) Professional people who can afford anything but want something with more diamonds than their current Vertu? (tiny market)
4) Someone else???
Once you know who you're selling to, then the spec will decide itself.
Remember that do-everything phones are dying out and being replaced by lower-spec phones that use downloadable apps to do specific tasks VERY WELL, such as the iPhone and various Blackberrys. Surveys show that the most common usage for the iPhone is Email and Browsing, something phones have been doing since colour screens came along in 2001/2. So even without 8GB of DDR3 RAM a phone could still be VERY successful just by having the best email client and browser/large screen. The screen doesn't have to be AMOLED, just 3.5" plus will do and people will still buy it.
Just to fill in some gaps in your specs, 4G = WiMax or LTE 2400 
Edit: just noticed this in your spec:
- Switching Feature Between Symbian, Android, MAEMO and Windows Vista Mode
That could only be achieved through Virtualisation and a VMWare exec just yesterday let slip that they are in talks with mobile manufacturers... sharp thinking!  Vista is way to resource-heavy for a smartphone, better off with W7 (which can run XP in a virtual mode...)
