I have literally just installed a Belkin N300 Wireless USB Network Adaptor on my pc. Seems to be working fine through two solid walls! Cant notice any difference to when it was hard wired to the router!

Highly recommended although i'm sure there are cheaper alternatives i got this from PC World for £34.99.
I Fantasy Worlds and Disney Girls.
