Hi I have a over 3 year old W810i, and has served me well. I have my first problem with the phone. Though its not the phones problem its actually the memory stick. I have a 4gb memory stick pro duo which is well worn, and a piece of plastic case of the memory stick pro duo got lodged into the slot. Now I eventually got the card out and bits of plastic but it has bent the contacts of the internal reader. The phone cant read memory sticks no more Can it be repaired? or is it a case of replacement phone? please advise thanks!!! |

Ai. If you can open it up untill you can reach the contacts you can try bend it back, or even to replace the whole card-reader. But I have some serious doubts.

Thank you, I took it in to a phone repair shop and they said it would be expensive to replace and the contacts have indeed broke so I am just using it as a 2nd phone now as I got myself a W995 in which I love!!! |
