hey everyone i have a w910i and in the past month i noticed the rigth headphone is louder than the left one...its annoying..i have the stock sony ericsson ones and i also noticed it being more loud on the right with normal mp3 headphones. what can be the cause of the problem? i have stock headphone acoustics

I think it's the headphones, you can pick up a genuine pair of HPM-70's for £3 on ebay

If you've tried different headphones, then the phone is the problem. You might want to clean the fast port

Could even be an ear infection and it might need such proximity from the sound source for you to tell the difference. It happened to me once after a cold

Interesting.

Although he said the problem is there even with other headphones.

My headphones do the exact same, its the cord piece of the fast port unit, it gets worn out after while after some abuse (well i have had my w810i for over 3 years!) but its just fiddly, but yeah just get a replacement set, they're cheap as!

after further study...it seems that its the sony headphones, now im too lazy to buy new ones so i went normal today and like half hour ago i noticed it being ok...or at least the left one got louder...i dunno...will use a few days to see if its ok or not

I wouldn't recommend ebay 99.9% they'll be fake, play.com does them for a fiver

yeah but it's easier just to stick with a reliable source especially when it's cheaper!
