Its a bug in the early c702 and c905 like always se use the same firm with same bugs so you have to wait for 1 more update and then it will prob work w995 will soon be out of its life time |

More probably the phone is blocked because its been reported lost or stolen by th owner. Thief/finder sells it on ebay, makes profit, buyer gets ripped off. |

It usually is the seller's phone itself which is listed on ebay. After the sale the phone is reported lost or stolen.
