Download FPC Bench a good benchmark/system info for your phone.
Download Pocket Inclinometer for your phone's accelerometer.

I believe either 'handytaskman' or 'besttaskman' will do what you want for a fee. 'jbaktaskman' is free & would show what you need as well but its S60 v3 & i'm not sure if its been ported over to S60 5th edition yet?

Yep JBakTaskman gives processes and how much CPU time they are using, otherwise what you want is Battery Timer, which uses graphs to show how much power the CPU is using and how much power is left in the battery. SwissManager is coming to S60 by the way,it will be very useful for this.

I've tried the Nokia energy profile app. It installs once if you sign it with a non-Nokia certificate but it wont run (at least not on my Satio anyway).
