where to buy c901 to get it to UK? |

As per title i'm going to buy c901 from ebay (probably). Finally, after lots of people trying to persuade me and after seeing all the pictures made with it  i decided that i will get rid of my c510 as camdriver modding has stopped so no more improvement is expected (still needs a lot)  But having seen all of them being sold only from Asian countries i would like to know maybe somebody from UK has purchased it for a reasonable price and knows a good seller. I'm willing to buy only black version 
all the suggestions and ebay experiences are welcome.
p.s. i can't wait for it any longer to arrive to UK market as it's been almost a year since it's release and there are no signs of it coming to O2 (as promised). |

As with most  phones these days. The UK is getting them nearly 6 months after their initial release. The Greenheart and Black models apparently were slatedfor a September UK release but it has been put back to late October apparently.
I got mine from the Ebay seller rose528400. Delivered quickly. You will get an extra charge for customs duty (£10.24) from FEDex as well which will arrive up to 2 weeks after the phone has been delivered to you.
They do sell the black model. It will be running the first software version which can be updated via SEUS. The phones are the Middle Eastern version meaning everything will be in English if selected. Keypad is full English as well.

Yes mate. Last I heard the Greenheart will be an O2 exclusive and the Black one will be avalable sim free/on other networks.
Dont know if anythings changed since.

thanx for sharing your exoerience here  greatly appreciated so how was your experience with c901 so far? enjoyable?
however i saw some bad feedback to that seller but hopefully everything will go as smooth as it went for you (nevermind the Fedex charge)

Like Rookwise I bought a c901 (black) from rose528400 and its working fine, I guess the phone itself is exactly the same as you get in the UK. I've flashed it to use a Western_European firmware via SEUS to get the facebook app but that doesnt seem that great anyway.
rose528400 seemed like a good seller to me, with quick postage (from Singapore) via FedEx but I did get the duty charge too, plus it wasn't damaged at all in transit.
Overall really pleased with my purchase. |

though there's one thing i don't understand whether it's worth to wait a month or so till it comes to UK or not because somewhere i read that expected price is about 200 pounds whilst from Asian countries you can get it for an average of 150-160. or maybe when it's released in UK it will be even cheaper? is it likely or unlikely? |

I'm extremly pleased with my C901. Its the best phone i've bought so far in the last 12 months. Again from what i've heard. The UK price will be 250 for a sim free model and 160-200 for a pay and go one. Will be free on an 18 month contract.

Is this phone officially so far the smallest phone with a Xenon flash? Normally they are fairly big to fit the flash in. Nice phone i would like one. I have also read alot of people saying the SonyEricsson FaceBook app is slow.

thanx to everyone for replies and i definately see that this phone is worth changing my c510 to even though it's not much difference between those two but the camera is totally different story here 
i've got an idea to try and persuade rose528400 to reduce the price slightly as after reading this post and some others he'll find that there's great interest in that phone espeacially in the UK.
anyone who is definately going to buy this phone from rose528400 please say 'yes' here so that the seller could see how big the interest really is and with the fingers crossed we might get the price a little bit lower
p.s. i will definately buy it unless someone has got very strong reasons as why i shouldn't do it  i really doubt that any of c901 users can say a single bad word about this phone and it's camera performance |

Camera is good from what i can see take a look at the photos thread. And it has a proper flash too and 2 million more pixels. Go for it.

I always purchase my phones from timtechs website because their prices are relatively cheaper than most sellers. I checked it for you and it's $209.95 USD and the black one you are looking for is definitely available.
