C905 Earpiece just Gone Help! |

Alrite guys,
My earpiece has just gone on my C905, gutted 
I bought it back in June and it's a week19 09 model but i havent got the receipt  is it still covered under warrenty??
please say it is! i'd have thought it is because obviously it's less than a year old.
I emailed Sony Ericsson who told me to ring 08705 237237 which i haven't as yet - thought i'd ask on here 1st!
Any ideas guys?

Call Sony on that number, book it in for repair, it'll be back before you know it, in a lovely little 'I  reunions' box (About a week to be fair). Best of Luck!

Just to add, i've just rang that number and spoke to a James or should i say a balloon, hope he knows what he's doing because when i explained i'd been having a live chat via the Sony Ericsson support window that i found on the Sony website he said there's no such thing and have you a ref number blah blah blah 
Anyway i said that's by the by and just sort the issue out please! not a great first impression.

K and N are the only UK authorised repair center for Sony Ericsson. You will need to fill in a repair form and send it with your phone. If you pm me your email address i'll get one sent to you asap (will be after 11pm tonight).
I'd also advise you to send the phone via Special Delivery even though its a freepost address as your phone will only be covered up to 37 GBP worth of stamps if it's lost in the post. You will be covered under warranty as you phone isn't 12 months old and they can tell via reading the bar code in the battery compartment.
