I was reading up earlier on esato's mobile phone section which gives details of different makes of phones (im sure you all know that)and compares phones and i was a bit distressed to see that under the p800 T9 had an (X),indicating that the phone does not have predictive text.so please all p800 owners HELP.http://www.esato.com/phones/index.php?phone=33

The search function on Esato forum is realy bad, if you search for "p800 t9" the search function will ignore t9. How are you going to find the old topics then?

If you do a search it stops people having to go into depth EVERYTIME a new person asks that SAME question, as the reason p8 has no t9 is because it doesn`t need it.

I agree to themarques...

The search on esato isn't the best one!
I was new and asked a question that had been answered before. And because of that I was totaly stupid. I think everyone should be a litle bit nicer, and not spend time in just complaining because a question have been asked before.

Here are newbies, I was one of thoose... As said before, I'm not satisfied with the search that esato provides.

themarques...The P800 doesn't have T9. But there is rooms for misunderstandning, because some people do say that it has T9, when selling it online...
Just check this link: http://www.ficktelefon.com/cgi-bin/v7/phone.pl?company=Sony%20Ericsson&artikel=P800

Take care!!!

been said before, going to say it again.

t9 would be really great on the p800 .I have the phone, REALLY miss t9, i used to be able to text so quickly on my old phone WITHJ t9, now i am back to multitap, really slow. opening the p800 and using the handwriting recog really is not that fast and often not practical, i used to be able to text subtly with my t68i with not looking at the phone. Alsohas anyone texted friends when they are drunk? try tapping in a message on the keyboard when a little worse for wear!!! NOT EASY!!!
