Not that i know of, but its quite easy to unlock the phones free of charge using many utilities on the internet. |

My daughter has a Nokia 5800XM Vodaphone and I can't find a free unlock for it, I remember someone saying that Vodaphone unlock em for free.

I was once sold an LG Viewty on pay as you talk in a Vodafone store. They had by mistake sold me an unlocked contract one lol. But no generally not unlocked but can be.
