The new Walkman player with changeable skins is just using the Capuchin stuff that is available on many SE handsets (starting from the C905 last year, and also including the Satio).
Despite the fact it allows you to almost completely change the UI, Sony Ericsson seems to have done very little to get it out there and encourage development of alternative apps and menus.
