Problem with MPM.. |

Everytime I go to install the MPM...half way through the installation I get an error come up.
It says that capiinstall.exe has caused an error and will be shut down.
Anyone know the reason for this?
Would it have something to do with anything in Services being disabled?
Thanks |

I don't know if it is the same problem, but I (and a few others) have found that you can't install any of the packages including XTND on a WinXP machine - XTND causes the installation to rollback all of the MPM stuff. Package 2 installs fine for me on XP.

I really don't like the XTND and MPM. Use FMA instead!

FMA is great, I'd be one to recommend it. However, I still need XNTD installed as it is the only thing that will sync my calendar with Outlook. I haven't been too bothered about getting the text message thing in Outlook though as FMA is a lot better for this.
