don't know why but recently the number 9 key, hash key, and the button that turns the camera on haven't been working, they light up but they don't work, any ideas on what i should do?
If i update it will that help?

It happend with me once the same keys not work togather.but it happend to me after some water come in to my k850.i turnd off the phone and remove the battery.then after draying it it stil nt work.bt i uncoverd the phone then i chek the keybad cable i remove it then plug it bak.then its work.thank god.u try then tell me.but dont uncover it if u dnt know how.maybe ur phone fall down frm u or it get some wet from water or smthing.any how if u can chek the cable do it if not let any 1 knw to make it for u.maybe mobiles market.i dont think update will not help.that not a softwear problem.good luck
