Does any1 have the volume control problem with thier t68s. |

i just brought a t68.& i cant hear my calls .i know the speaker works as i have tested it many times in the service centre.when i try 2 raise the volume using the volume button on the side a display comes up saying listening volume 0:0 and it wont go up any higher.does any body have the same problem or can some1 explain how 2 solve it.

the only way to correct this is to bring it to a servicepoint so they can do a volume reset... it was quite common in the early days of T68m, but nowadays it's quite unusual... |

if just bought it it's still under warranty (unless you bought it used, then it maybe not be under warranty) and then it's free of charge... |

no it hasnt been upgraded its still got t68(m) software. |

My question was posted on another thread, but I'll ask again... sorry for the duplication, but since it's not as common a problem as some of the others I've read, I thought I would ask again...
I also have the problem with 0/0 on my phone.
If it is a software problem, will upgrading the firmware "fix" this along with the upgrade process? I believe I have a relatively old phone (purchased in Hong Kong when it first came out), so I've always wanted to upgrade to a new firmware, and thought this might kill two birds with one stone.
