i just brought a t68.& i cant hear my calls .i know the speaker works as i have tested it many times in the service centre.when i try 2 raise the volume using the volume button on the side a display comes up saying listening volume 0:0 and it wont go up any higher.does any body have the same problem or can some1 explain how 2 solve it.

the only way to correct this is to bring it to a servicepoint so they can do a volume reset... it was quite common in the early days of T68m, but nowadays it's quite unusual...

if just bought it it's still under warranty (unless you bought it used, then it maybe not be under warranty) and then it's free of charge...

no it hasnt been upgraded its still got t68(m) software.

My question was posted on another thread, but I'll ask again... sorry for the duplication, but since it's not as common a problem as some of the others I've read, I thought I would ask again...

I also have the problem with 0/0 on my phone.

If it is a software problem, will upgrading the firmware "fix" this along with the upgrade process? I believe I have a relatively old phone (purchased in Hong Kong when it first came out), so I've always wanted to upgrade to a new firmware, and thought this might kill two birds with one stone.
