Is this another of your auctions where the person with the nearest postcode to yourself wins, rather than the highest bidder?
I shan't be wasting my time again, and suggest others to think twice too!!

Surely it's up to the seller who they sell to?

Indeed, but on the other hand, why advertise items to everybody, have them meet your asking price, then sell to someone who bobs along at the last minute and offers less, merely because they live nearer to you!
That's what happened to me with this seller.

It had nothing to do with the nearest postcodes ,infact had more to do with the fact that the prevoius seller wanted to buy both the handsets that I had for sale, I suggest that you get on with what ever your doing and stop wasting my time, oh and by the way let's talk about etiquette shall we and being under handed , don't you think that posting some rubbish on here is bad etiquette, if you speak to all the people that I have dealt with they have all received good comms and all the goods have been as promised and delivered with haste,I don't think that anything I have done is underhanded it was more down to the fact that mutleyboy meet my asking price as it the did not need rmsd , and he bought both, anyways why am I explaining my self to you ?.
and on the matter , I have been pm'ed on this sale , looks like the sale of these phones are done
Sold pending payment to yasman ,

@ yasman will get close up pics over to you in roughly an hour.
Thanks nv1286 for your opinion ,
All the best

@MWEB , by the way never once did I agree to sell to you , all you sent me was a pm asking for my bank details to get a payment to you, if I had agreed you might have a valid point ,
If you would like I could post the pm that you referring to .
Trying to force your opinion is not going to work and by the way sticks and stones fella , your boring me now.
All the best

nobody else knew what price I paid to alexslane for the phones so how anyone can say he sold to me for less than what was offered by other people is beyond me. And as far as I was aware (been a couple of years since I worked in retail) a sale is not a sale until there has been agreement between both parties.

In other words no sale had been agreed with MWEB by alexslane as only one party had made an offer which was not accepted by the other, as a better offer (i.e. completing the sale of both phones instead of only one) was received. Had MWEB and alexslane agreed on a deal then I agree it would have been wrong both for me to make an offer in the first place, and for alexslane to back out of the deal.

But as neither of these things happened I see nothing wrong with what transpired.

People like to comment about no etiquette, no morals etc which I find amusing considering the "racist" drivel MWEB was spouting on twitter about welsh people (didnt bother me as I have heard all the sheep shagging jokes when I lived in bath and oxford and i can laugh about it) but still doesnt disguise the fact that it is considered racist, and is a bit hypocritical coming from someone moaning about manners/morals etc
