What does GPS Radar tells ? |

What exactly does radar tells about satellites ? Do those satellites situated outer circle are weak ones ?
In Nokia phone i have seen satellites with numbering like 25, 30 etc. What does it mean and is there any application for SonyEricsson phones where we can get more info about satellites like one in Nokia.

Exactly as you said, in SE phones, those satellites into the circle are the ones that are locked/about to be locked by the GPS, once they turn green, they're communicating with the phones' GPS, thus, helping in pinpointing your location.

I don't know much about GPS but I guess it tells you the way where you wanna go..

No. Those are sats that your phone has been found but not yet locked up to.
You can get more info on sats, their PRN numbers, by going into service menu >* |
