Ok,yesterday I went to a service shop to change the keyboard on my K850,it was working perfectly until that moment.
No reboot's,no freezing,i mean really nothing,a perfect phone. But after the service, the guy changed my keyboard it seems it worked perfect. But then I tried to listen to some music on my way to work,I entered media, when i went down
to music folder,on the screen pop up the TURN OFF?,Turn on silent?,Keylock & the profiles menu.Like i pressed the ON/OFF key!I went to full reset, after that i went to camera/settings,when i started to press the down key/right in cam settings,I press one time and it goes two times, skips one setting if I press two times fast the down/right key it closes the camera and goes on main screen and sometimes it reboots! This happens only in media & camera,in every other occasion (main menu,settings,messages,etc...) works just fine? What should I do.really need some assistance about this.
Should I flash it or kick the service guys ass about this
Oh,yeah, almost forgot, and sometimes it presses the number 2 by it self...this just doesn't seem like a hardware issue. But why did this happen???

I would run back to him. And ask to check every connector that's inside your phone. Today !

back to the post, as suggested by hihihans you should complain to the service shop, not today but NOW

He might have replaced the keypad with a cheap one, that doesn't handle signals/key presses properly and that could cause wrong key combinations and making the phone to behave erratically.

Go back there and tell him.

@StevenC,that seems to be the problem, when I press my camera button, it freezes the cam,but when i lift my finger from the button it lights the AF light and starts focus, but doesn't take a picture, also the volume key on the side isn't working properly, sometimes it's zooming in cam mode, and sometimes it's showing me the phone status.
So,the on/off key, volume key,and the camera button aren't working properly. But only when I pres down on my keypad.
I took it back to the shop, and the guy that replaced my keyboard gave me my money back,an took my phone to do it for free,he also said that i'm not the only one complaining about this.So my phone is back on monday, because of the weekend...

If you are not the only one it seems to me that he's not very good at his job.

No,it's the false keyboards that he's getting.that service is one of the best in my city, because the people from other places come here to get their phones fixed. But,even they sometimes get false parts.

The phone works great, like I said,he gave me my money back, and said he will fix it for free, which he did.
I was suprised,he gave everyone a free memory card...Transcend,and someone he gave a free bluetoth adapter for computer...Don't know why,but I think he should't have that in his store,so he was looking for a war to get rid of it...and it was a good way for me,I got a memory & bluetoth!talk about the right place at the right time!
