Where is my phone Trev1982? |

Well I really didnt want it to come to this but my patience has finally given up.
Three weeks ago I arranged a trade with Trev. I sent him my phone and despite delays with royal mail he ended up receiving it on tuesday 15th september. He was going to send the phone to me that day but had a few problems and had to visit hospital. Fair enough, I didnt mind waiting while he got himself better.
Later on in the week I heard back from Trev and he told me he was going to post the phone and would send me the tracking number. I waited a couple of days and had not received the tracking number so got in touch. He told me it had been sent but according to the tracking code had not left grimsby yet. Again fair enough i thought as royal mail had been causing havoc with their strikes, I did ask for the tracking code again but never received it.
I left things be now until the next week and when there was still no sign of the phone I contacted Trev again. He explained he had had a few more problems and had had to go back and forth to hospital. Not a problem I thought, you cant help if you have health problems all of a sudden, but it then turns out he had not sent the phone when he said, but promised he would get it sent last friday special delivery now to make up for the delay and would pm me the tracking number. Thats the last I have heard from him.
Despite several PM's since then I have not heard a word from Trev and have still received no phone. Ok I thought maybe things had got worse and he had to stay in hospital, but then I find out on saturday he agreed a deal on a different trade with someone and has been in constant contact with them and posted the items to them which they received on tuesday. Yet still no contact for me about our deal and where my phone is.
It would seem he has chosen just to ignore my PM's and possibly hope I will forget about it and let it all blow over.
So this lengthy message is put here in the hope that it being public knowledge may make Trev appear to possibly explain what has been going on.
We shall see

yes sorry.
Had a PM today from trev. He has had some problems and is away from home at the moment but will arrange for a housemate to post the phone.
Will have to wait and see if this happens.
Will update next time I hear anything

yeah i had noticed that, but what annoyed me is the fact that while I have been waiting for the phone to be posted he managed to do a trade with someone else and post items off to them. I would be more understanding if he had not been able to post anything to anyone because of the problems he is experiencing

cheers col,
he has explained to me a while ago about some personal problems and i was willing to wait for the phone until they were sorted, but its just been the lies saying it was posted, then turning out it wasnt etc and then in the meantime he was able to post a monitor and PSP to someone else in a trade
