C905 Wont Charge through mains but will through USB |

Can anybody help me? I have the sny ericsson c905. I have had no problems up until now. I came to plug it in as usual to charge and nothing, no power getting into the phone at all. I tried my an old sony ericsson using th same charger and still nothing. I decided it must be the mains charge and ordered myself a new one. In the meantime whilst on my computer i connected via my USB and switched to Mass Sotorage mode and it charges fine. My new mains charger arrived and thought this would be an end to my problems but stil nothing when plugged into either phone. So where is the fault? the chargers worked fine only the previous day and the second one is brand new, if it was a fault with the phone then why would it charge through the USB which uses the exact same port? HELP HELP HELP |

Sometimes you have to wiggle a bit before it connects to charge, it's a common problem with  phones

When both phones don't charge with both chargers, couldn't the wall socket be defective then ?
Did you check, whether another electrical device works, when plugged into the same socket ?
