I keep straining my eyes all the time
i have been to the doctors and they told me i had dry eye syndrome and have given me some drops. i have been on the dops for 4 weeks now and that complaint is going away slightly.
However i am ghetting woried i may be damaging my eyes by constantly thinking about them and strauining them as a result.

ask your doctor whether it damages your eyes or not.

Dry eye syndrome or even constantly thinking about your eye wont damage them. I wear glasses short sighted and I get dry eyes sometimes when tired and I cant focus properly. If your doctor does not answer you then its probably nothing to worry about. But I would demand a firm answer from him. Good luck

If he doesn't answer your questions, you should get another doctor! They're your eyes, not his.

Stop looking at naughty magazines if your getting eye strain :p Seriously though. If you don't get a straight answer from your doctor. Seek a 2nd opinion if possible or maybe see an optician to get their opinion.

Do that and good luck with your eyes. You can't replace them.
