Mga kabayan, isa ako at ang pamilya ko sa nasalanta ng bagyong Ondoy.
Heavy, pounding rains precipitated flooding in our area.
Since BF became our mayor, there was no flooding na in our place.
and as far as i can remember, the worst flood that we experienced in our place was knee level (wnen walking on the street)
kaya naman i got surprised and at the same time alarmed when murky. muddy flood entered our doorsteps. 
and in a matter of minutes, the flood rose to above 5 feet level (inside our house, so on the streets its higher) because it reached upto my neck. the appliances and furnitures that i failed to save all floated. so with our store goods (may tindahan kami) i also experienced to dip and swim into the flood. and now i know why floods can be lethal. because these floods have strong currents that can sweep away even a heavily built man. ang lakas ng agos. parang dagat.
Ganun paman, our area is even more fortunate.
kasi may mga lugar na hanngang cable ng poste ng meralco yung baha.
madami ang nasawi sa baha.
Let us pray for the repose of their souls...

this photo was taken in a nearby village. rescuers started their job as soon as the water/flood level allowed them to roam around na.
the flood that residents of the Provident village experienced was twice in volume and rage compared in our place.

@crossmatched korekted by! biruin mo tinanong ako ng pinsan ko nung HUWEBES SANTO (take note: maundry thursday is on summer) kung sa tingin ko daw magugunaw ang mundo sa 2012. e2 ang sagot ko, "eE tignan mo nga yung panahon, umuulan, at sa kalagitnaan pa ng Abril! sa tingin mo kaya, ang pagiging abnormal ng pahanon ay isang senyales (member 'yun di ba..) ng katapusan ng mundo".. tapos isa pang patunay 2ng pakingxhiett na si ondoy..
kami kaya dito sa bahay, apat na dekada nang nakatirik itong building na tinitirhan ko, ngayon lang pinasok ng tubig-baha, at take note: lampas-tuhod inside the haus!
sa recto underpass na papuntang quiapo, hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin madaanan ng kahit anong sasakyan, ultimong bangka, kasi hanggang ceiling pa ng underpass ang baha.. tapos may natrap pa daw sa ilalim ng underpass na for sure, deads na sila.. let's just pray for their souls..

Alam nating lahat kung gano kalaki ang naging perwisyo ni ondoy, marami ang nawalan ng tirahan, kabuhayan at ang masakit ay marami ang namatay,
sana ay wag tayong mawalan ng pag-asa, kahit na ganito man kalaki ang pagsubok na dumating satin,
sama sama tayong magdasal para sa ating mga kababayan, ipagdasal ntin ang mga kaluluwa ng mga namatay, at sana ay mahanap na ang mga nawawala ng ligtas..

wifey ko nga na stranded sa sm megamall.6pm parang ghost town na mega mall area sabi niya. stranded siya for 3 hours dahil walang dumadaan na bus papuntang cubao area. if mayrun, puno.,mrt naman hangang kalye ang pila.mabuti may good samaritan nagpasakay sa kanila.hopefully, yung 2 bagyo, lumihis papuntang dubai.if talagang dadaan ng luzon, again sana huwag masyadong malakas.
