Help! My rights for a cancelled order |

I paid for a PC monitor at £109.99, then there was VAT and other charges, and it ended up as £155 ish.
I have got an email saying your order has been cancelled, with no refund as of yet. Now, on the site, the price has gone up by exactly £100, so do I not get the product for £109? I paid via PayPal so I am covered, but I want it for that price.
Any help would be appreciated

well, in neither topic have you given a link, but most sites have some disclaimers that mean that orders you place are not final until you get a confirmation email, and even then they still have small print that cover when mistakes have been made

Sorry mate, it is here
There is NO disclamer what-so-ever so I'll have to give them a bell tomorrow, but I need something legal on my side, so I can convince them to give it me anyway
EDIT (damn):
1.4 If we accept your order, we will notify you by email that we have accepted it prior to dispatch of the goods. If we cannot accept your order (for example (but without limitation) because the goods are found to be unavailable) we will notify you by telephone or email.
1.5 In the event that, after we accept your order, we discover that the goods ordered are unavailable or that there was a pricing error on our website in respect of the goods ordered, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a refund or alternative goods in accordance with conditions 2.2 to 2.4 below.
1.6 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see condition 7 below).
1.7 We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the goods is not received from you in cleared funds (in accordance with condition 3.1).

their terms and conditions seem fairly standard and pretty much as I described
edit: yes... exactly... sorry but this is pretty standard t&c for online sites

Yes I edited my previous post to point that out.
Once again though, do I have any legal rights whatsoever or not?
Does anybody else know?
Many thanks
Luke

You have the right to get your money back, but other than that, their Ts&Cs are pretty watertight.
