Is it easy to install java programs and uninstall them as and when required.
and how much space is on p800 to install these applications.
and, are the applications small in size so that you can install many application.
also, can you install the applications on to the memory stick duo.
................ sorry if these questions sound stupid or already repeated before, but i really want a p800 and want to be 100% sure before i buy it, as it is also not cheap.
thanks.

Thanks,
one more question, if you install programs on the memory stick duo and pull the memory stick out, will the program be removed from the applications list or will it give an error message say something like cannot find file/program......
thanks.

dont worry, the P800 is capable of storing a shitload of apps, pics, tunes, etc. and is easy to install and uninstall... 12MB of internal memory not enough for you? then you can use the included memory stick to get your rocks off... purchase more if ya run out of space (very unlikely).

one problem is, when you uninstall some apps or games and then uninstall them, not evrything is removed!! the .sis install files remains on the phone!
saw this when i was going through the root directory!! unfortunately!

Can you then easily remove the file manually?

I’m not sure how to do it with Esato either, try http://www.mobiledia.com/ I have one of my themes up there, and if you want you could e-mail me your themes as well. My website should be finished soon and I need all the themes I could get.

Topic closed due to non-descriptive subject
The moderators have enough to do as it is. We really don't have time to compose new subjects on topics like this just because the author didn't know what to write. Around 3000 new topics are started every month, and we would very much prefer the subject of new topics to match what's written inside the thread.
Most members starting a new topic want help. "***help!!!!!!***" is a typical non-descriptive subject and does not describe your problem very well. |
