HBH 30 Bluetooth Headset |

When using the HBH 30 and the person you are speaking to sometimes says: "you sound like you're up a drain pipe speaking to me" (occasional - not all the time) is this because of the quality of the reception between handset and headset - or could it be to do with the handset and being in a bad reception area?
Any answers much appreciated?

it could be due to both poor reception in the cell u r or poor reception b/w the handset and the headset...if this occurs in other areas, i would suggest u re-pair (reinitiate pairing b/w phone and headset as opposed to sendin it in for fixin) the headset...that'll probably fix the problems u r encountering......
