Nop. It doesn't delete such things.

if you reset fs and main then u will have a clean phone ....this reset all.....

So even if i select reset all, and do an update through SEUS, it wouldn't get rid of all customisations? Thanks for all the help so far!

if you use SEUS it will remove all those stuffs!!!!!!

@tranced, thanks, I already have it. I've used SEUS before, but just wanted to make sure it'll reset everything including customisations.
