w700i SE phone restarts in phone mode

Hi,

I have had the SE w700i phone for two years without any problems. There were no issues, after I updated to the new firmware and was good for a long time..

Now, I have a strange issue. Here is what happening

I switch on the phone, enter into music only mode. Phone works without any issues. When I enter the phone mode, it works fine till the point where it catches network signal and shows me the operator name. Few seconds after that, the phone restarts by itself, comes to phone mode, catches signal, restarts again and this goes in loop. The phone also restarts, when I enter any menu, try to make a call, when a call is recieved... I tried updating with new firmware again, but no use. Tried talking to SE support, they asked me to send the phone.

Did anybody face this issue or can anybody help me to understand?
