May you be more specific about the problem, because to my understanding it says you can't open the folder from the phone memory or don't you said that?. If, so try the master reset from the phone, in menu there is a option that gives you this method and put your phone by factory settings (see warning note in the phone). I hope you can solve the problem or post it back and I will reply with other posible solution.

I hope you can solve the problem or post it back and I will reply with other posible solution. i already did the master reset but still the application and games folder cannot be opened in both phone and memory card options. it says "operation failed" when i try to open those folders. im thinking that the software is corrupted or something. You're absolutely right!� You're software has been corrupted, maybe you didn't remove your phone correctly into the computer or you opened an application at the same time.. Try to install the cd provided in the box and try to re-install the firmware, that will solve your problem...�
