My T39m is now having some major problems! The phonebook entries just disappear! I think I put too much GPRS data through it By my estimates around 15 GIGA bytes or more...

It's got R4A008.

Is it possible to fix it by just reflashing the phone?

Is it possible to DOWNGRADE the firmware the R3B or whatever stable version?

I was bitching to SE about this and they said that it is not possible. After contacting their Athens headquarters they gave me a vague hope only if the phone were taken to one of the major level 4 centers. By then I had decided to sell it. Beg, then shout!
