This seems like a stupid question but I need help.
I updated my C905's software and it asks to restart the phone. it also says i might need to take the battery out and put it back in.
so i restart my phone and it doesnt work.
then i tried to take the back cover off and it wont come off.
the sales person demonstrated how to close the back cover. she put the sim and battery in and closed the cover. then turned that little ring on the bottom left of the case. so i tried to turn that ring to unlock the back cover, but it wont turn. i even used a small screw driver to put into the hole and use the leverage to turn the ring, but ending up bending the ring a bit. i tried turning both ways and it wont turn. in the C905 manual, it just says slide to push the back cover off. i tried that and obviously didnt work.
can someone tell me how. i think the rings stuck but maybe im just wrong about how to take the back cover off =S
ps quick reply please i need the phone tomorrow |

nvm opened it.
This is what you're supposed to do.
"Open the slider to make holding it easier, and have the phone upside down with the top of the slider pointing towards you. Hold the phone by putting pressure on the cover 3/4 of the way up, and then push away from your body. "
Found it after 2 hours of searching -.- |

If 3/4 of the way up doesn't work out try 1/2 way up or even slightly below. The first time I tried to open it my blood pressure kept increasing thinking how stupid SE is getting lately with their designs and build quality. |

Gotta agree with the TS and kits. And yeah the slider needs to be up to make things easier. Ever since I came to the INNOV8 I realized how poor are SE's hardware design decisions.
