Hi,

I am thinking of switching to ATTs GSM service. I've been doing a lot
of research and still had a couple of questions.

(1) What is the user's experience with mMode? I plan on using a
SonyEricsson P800 with the service, so want to know if I will be
satisfied with AT&T's streamlined service. From the brochure and
magazine, it seems to cover most of what i would need.

(2) Can I browse outside of the ATT specific site using mMode?

(3) Is there a workaround to not being able to send SMS internationally?
Does anyone know if TIM (Italian service) gives their customers an
email address associated with their number?

(4) Can I receive international SMS?

(5) Are international calling rates decent?

Most of all...

How is the service in the Bay Area? I live in Marin, and it seems to
work most everywhere here. Would everyone here recommend it over
T-Mobile or Cingular??? OK, ok, I know Cingular sucks.... Over
T-Mobile?

Thanks for your help.
