Go to http://www.cnet.com and search for coffee cup software, its a software company. They have a WAP composer program that also enables you to publish your wap site for free once you've finished it, its freeware. Very simple to use, i've never done any internet publishing, but this prog makes it easy enough.

I use coffee cup for my website (http://www.ellie-g.co.uk) but have never tried the WAP prog.
