I just wonder why so many of you Filipinos are using the number 0 instead of the letter O in your posts? Is it so much faster to write? Please enlighten me

Using SMS language when composing posts will make the post much harder to find later.
A couple of example words that not will be picked up by the search engine.

Sir, good PM...it's because one reason is, when using the CPs keypad, (not QWERTY) you have to press 3 times to generate O, while pressing a little bit longer on 0 is much easier...second is, pinoys are always making some fancy effects on their text message to make it look unique...hope these will enlighten you...

Were so sory about that Mr.Laffen.

in my opinion Sir it's because it's unique in our country using sms letter rather than o letter.
That's my own opinion Sir. I hope u don't get mad at me.

We do apologize for that sir Laffen..

Most of us uses mobile phone to post in esato forum,
'0' is easier and quick to type than letter 'o' in terms of mobile.

most of us has the habit of using 0 instead of letter o.

We're very sorry for that.
Don't be so quick to judge me, you only see what I choose to show you.

OK fine. Could I ask you a favour to force yourself to use the letter O in topic titles?

It is already part of the texting culture of pinoys which we are trying to correct also. On the downside,it is quite confusing to distinguish the number 0 and letter O especially in manual downloading of files,in particular .jar especially if you are new with all the applications that abound on site.

mr. laffen - to save our finger tips, i mean pressing letter o takes us three times while pressing number 0 takes two times, and we get used to do it that way, but hey i can suggest that we should turn on our t9 dictionary function in our phone, like mine now, another way to enhance our spelling and english spokening dollars. thank you sir laffen, like sir dennev says, avoid texting like posting!
