 My k600i have a 3g network for using video call, The problem is why I can't use my video call? when I tried ,"3G network not availabe" are shown:-( , |

There are 2 possible reasons:
1. Weak 3g reception, which causes your phone to switch to gsm
2. Your network doesn't support video call |

better check your network provider about 3g video call support, or
maybe you have weak 3g signal in your area.

yup...why don't u check wif ur network provider and it's unlikely a hardware/software problem

you must have a call number service from your isp
to use video call not from call menu from phone |
