Installing application on Sony Ericsson W705 - PC-to-PHONE method |

In this guide i install OM 4.2 since i dont see any topic on this forum showing how to install it on Sony ericsson phones from PC-to-Phone Method. i download OM 4.2 from this thread titled All about Opera Mini (all version) and PH network settings
-First you need USB cable (of-course)it is included when you purchase the phone
-Now, connect the USB cable to your PC and to your Phone
-Now go to the MY COMPUTER on your desktop and look for the Phone model you should see somethin like this 
-Right click the your phone model which i encircle on the image above or simply double click the phone icon, then, you should see this image below, double the memory stick icon
-Then you should see this, then double click the OTHER folder and put the downloaded application on the OTHER FOLDER
-in this image below i already put the file application i downloaded on the OTHER folder.we might have different icon but dont worry as long as the file is in the folder
-after this remove the USB cable on your phone.
On your Phone go to
-Menu > Organiser > File Manager > Other >
-On the OTHER folder in your phone you should see the application you downloaded, then just scroll down, go to the application file install the application. the phone will ask you where do you want to install it there are to option APPLICATION and GAMES i choose application since i download application.

i dont get it i cant download the OM 4.2 it says it doesnt work ... do you know how to fix it ? |

just drag the om 4.2 app from your pc to your phone as mentioned in the tutorial below or you can use mpe. btw if the downloaded app is in rar/zip format please unrar/unzip it first

You need the JAR file (can't read if you have.)
