Im selling a lg renoir boxed with all usual accessories except a memory card.
The phone is is used condition say 6.5/10 a few light marks on the back and front of the phone.

Look on the barcode sticker on the box. If the phone is a prepay one it will be locked. If it says postpay then it will already be unlocked.
My Renoir (KC910) is also from O2 and is a postpay one and it was completly unlocked. Debranding and flashing custom firmware to the KC910 is very easy as well but if its the newer KC910i it as yet can't be debranded as the files aren't available yet although the KC910i's better camera interface can be copied over to the KC910 you end up losing the active lens feature of the phone as the 910i doesn't have a lens cover.
