Version info
Trutap version 2 is available for most phones. For some handsets only version 1 is available at present, however this has all the same IM, messaging and blogging features - and we will send you a message as soon as an upgrade is available.
Phone not found?
1. go to trutap.com on a web browser
2. Go to m.trutap.com on a mobile phone browser
3. text "trutap" to 80468 (only in the UK)
Having Problems
Are you able to connect to your operator's wap site? If not then you will need to ask your operator for settings to access the mobile internet. If you are a pay as you go customer, you will need to have enough calling credit.
Even if you can connect to the internet on your phone, some phones requires additional settings for Java applications. Information can be found in your handset guide.
If you have the right settings and still have problems connecting, please contact our customer service team at support@trutap.com
