Dave Carroll from the Canadian band Sons of Maxwell writes a song in reply to the frustration caused by United Airline's customer service and baggage handling departments. Now with 3.9 million hits on Youtube and released on iTunes as a single and music video, this has become a major problem for arrogant corporates like United.

Will this change the face of customer service?
Would you write a song about your P990 / K850 BROD / A200 issues?
Any comments?
