I'm a chinese and understand the language on that page. It says this device was found at the "memory stick pavilion" of the Sony's booth. It is a handphone that is able to receive TV. NO JOKE!! TV!!!! The raw device on the left is the antenna assembly for the TV receiver. Notice that the screen? It's showing TV news broadcasting received by the phone. A prototype of the memory stick TV antenna module is shown on the right of the picture. The wires below show the raw TV PCB circuit. This tv tuner was there to demostrate devices that can be built to Interface with the momory stick I/O standard drafted by Sony. A few other devices are on display too. One of them is a bluetooth memory interface device. Another the GPS on the memory stick.
