Just got my new Compaq lappy with XP Pro but it was a no go to sync XTNDConnect and the T68i via IR. I installed pack no. 4 and the thing kept saying "Cannot detect phone". So uninstalled that. Installed pack 1 - great, everything worked and could manage my phone SMS and SIM etc. Then installed pack 4, only the XTND, and it worked - unreliably I guess at first, but after a painfully slow sync (off and on for detection) all is wel. So, the answer may be for some Laptop users - pack 1 first, then pack 4 and XTND only install....worked for and if one other benefits from this, then the post was worth it.
