So here I am, surrounded by pros and am in need of help here. Just got a  k750i yesterday, and it's speaker is very very quiet, so I decided to flash some better acoustic to it. Here's what xs++ tells me:

I'm a total noob when it comes to phones, but you gotta start somewhere 
So could you, clever and witty people of Esato aid me on my way to getting plugins on my phone?
Where do I start, what do I need and where do I get the stuff? 
I've read just about every tutorial out there but they are all either bad english or really hard to understand. Maybe it would be easy to assist me in MSN, just tell me.

EDIT! I forgot to note that I have a datacable and am aiming to leave everything else like it is now, just add some camdriver and acoustic to it (if that is possible - if not, I'm willing to flash to w800 or something).
Am techie and am not afraid to test if I get a good clear tutorial with all download links and stuff
