K810i games and application "operation failed" error |

my k810i has been constanly giving me the "operation failed" eroor when i try to open my applications or games.
I have tried reformatting my M2 card, and doing a master reset but it still give me the "operation failed" error when i try to install or open the folders?
IS there Any SOlutIOn please? |

Only one solution...reflash the FS.
