Hi mates
I have been tyring to type some text on to a photo and then print it out.
The problem I am having now is that I don't have the suitable program to use. Which one can I download and use. Oh I am doing this on a PC.
In the past I used to do it on Ms Publisher but now I need to have it on jpg or any other picture format so that it can be printable as a picture

Try photoshop.com .
I hear they have a basic online image editor there.
